As a Front Desk Security Professional in a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional presence in the lobby area. Your role will include monitoring access, assisting with badge and visitor management, and helping to deter security-related incidents through attentive service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor entry and exit points at the residential location, verifying identification and access credentials as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities according to site guidelines and Allied Universal procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity and security-related incidents.
• Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and site management to address concerns and provide information as needed.
• Support Allied Universal and site-specific initiatives to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
