As a Security Professional - Auto Patrol Team in Buffalo, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct regular patrols at an innovative automotive location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for everyone on-site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report activities and/or incidents to appropriate personnel in accordance with site protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry at the location.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a strong Allied Universal presence.
• Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and cooperating with first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
