As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, while responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues and observe for unusual activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for staff, visitors, and patients.
• Report and document any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or breaches of policy according to Allied Universal's protocols.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and local law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns within the facility.
• Remain alert and attentive while on patrol, adapting to changing conditions and needs specific to a healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Hospital employees must provide proof of vaccination as required by the facility.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
