As a Security Officer - Armed Financial Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within a financial institution setting, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, engaging in clear communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to those you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols for financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises, including the business interior and exterior perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter theft, fraud, and/or other suspicious behavior.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings during patrols and report any unusual or suspicious activity to appropriate contacts.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate activity logs and incident reports as required by site policies.
• Interact with clients and/or visitors in a courteous and professional manner while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
