As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and interact with staff and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to employees and visitors in a technology-focused environment.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards or suspicious activity as observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support a secure working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
