Corporate Training and Development Manager

Allied Universal® is hiring a Corporate Training and Development Manager to be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Conshohocken, PA. The Training and Development Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and presenting learning and development opportunities in support of supervisory and management onboarding and ongoing development. Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage consistent onboarding of all newly promoted/newly hired management-level personnel
  • Coach, counsel, develop, train Account Operators (AOPs) and Account Owners (AOWs) in operational gaps as identified by upper management
  • Continuously reinforce company and regional standard business processes and best practices in support of Leadership Brand, Market Focus and Service Excellence
  • Demonstrate expertise in all functions of internal and external technology and processes (WinTeam, ATS, SharePoint, Strategic Partnership, ProcureIT), with the ability to transfer knowledge to new and existing management personnel
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
  • Assist in mentoring managers to provide an opportunity for advancement and promotion
  • Advise senior management, clients, AOPs/AOWs and supervisors in the implementation of training best practices, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Assist as needed with security professional and supervisor training in support of Region Trainers
  • Support acquisition activity by training new supervisory staff on all systems and processes
  • Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly objectives as set by the supervisor
  • Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Create, maintain, and manage delivery of national training programs
  • Ensure that training records and certifications are maintained in good standing and are current and up to today in WinTeam and DOMO
  • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis and career paths, annual performance assessments and consultation with line managers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of educational or professional experience utilizing graphic design and animation tools
  • Must have strong technical skills
  • Ability to learn and efficiently operate various programs
  • Proficient computer skills to include each of the following:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
    • File-Sharing Tools (SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive)

  • Proficiency in WinTeam
