Senior Vice President, Treasury

Allied Universal® is hiring a Senior Vice President, Treasury. The Senior Vice President of Treasury is responsible for directing and managing Allied Universal’s Treasury Departments’ operations, credit facilities, cash management, along with credit and banking relationships. Reporting to the Global Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Vice President of Treasury will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on key financial policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee global liquidity and report to Executive and Senior Management company daily liquidity position
  • Prepare and present quarterly treasury review to the Executive Audit Committee
  • Coordinating with International Treasury Team regarding global cash position
  • Administer and manage company debt and collateral, to include:
    • Term Loans, Secured/Unsecured Notes, Asset Based Lending (ABL) and Cash Revolvers
    • Interest, fees and principal payments, inter-company loans
    • Letters of credit issuance and amendments
  • Prepare and update rolling daily cash forecast and assist in global cash flow analysis
  • Evaluate daily cash position to execute cash consolidation with multiple banks
  • Attract, coach, and lead a world class treasury department for a growing, industry leader
  • Demonstrate effective, approachable leadership style that is capable of inspiring a team
  • Coordinate with Risk Management on Insurance policy collateral (self-insured), Captive program’s related trust agreement and investment policies and any cash requirements
  • Maintain relationships with North American banking partners, credit facility administrator agents and credit bureaus (i.e., D&B and Credit Risk Monitor)
  • Manage policies and procedures while developing process improvement initiatives to ensure SOX Compliance
  • Assist in the remaining stages on the Global Treasury Workstation implementation
  • Direct and manage the Automated Cash Application implementation
  • Responsible for directing and managing the following Treasury activities:
    • Monthly ABL Borrowing Base calculation for submission to Administrative Agent
    • Monthly Accounts Receivable Bad Debt Expense and CECL calculation
    • Execute acquisition funding and subsequent earn-out payments
    • Provide guidance and execution on acquisition transition services agreement(s)
    • Monthly closing duties as outlined in the Treasury Close Checklist
    • Cash Application from client receipts to open invoices
    • Action incoming inquiries to AR Inbox (client refunds, client/vendor forms, research)
    • Unclaimed Property due diligence and annual state filings with third party provider
    • Monthly bank account and select balance sheet reconciliations
    • Annual ABL Field Exam with third party firm
    • Annual external audit requests by Public Accounting Partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive finance experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading a Treasury Department, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Thorough understanding of the overall banking/business environment and related banking software(s)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented
  • Demonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines using analytical capabilities
  • Superior, world class interpersonal and communication skills to effectively document and report important information with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive independently and encourage team collaboration as a hands-on leader in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Professional, articulate, highly analytical and able to use good independent judgment and discretion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
  • International banking environment experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
