Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access awareness, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will deliver outstanding customer service, clear communication, and dependable teamwork while bringing integrity, agility, and innovation to every shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and assist with visitor, contractor, and/or delivery access in accordance with location procedures.
- Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and/or first responders when needed, and complete routine logs, reports, and other assigned security-related documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
