Deposita(TM) an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Senior Reconciliation Analyst. The function of the Senior Reconciliation Analyst is to provide primarily reconciliation and analysis for our customers in the retail cash management solution. This position will oversee the cash deposits to/from customers to armored transport and banks, reconciliating any resulting differences. This position will also assist in bank and customer POS reconciliation assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all daily Cash inventory services for retail customers to include management of CIT providers (armored car services), and reconciliation activities with Banks/CIT/Customers
- Provide first level statistical analysis
- Maintain relationships needed with Bank and Customer personnel
- Formulate, affect, interpret, or implement management policies or operating practices; create standard operating practices for the management of cash inventory for our retail customers to include reconciliation of balances and reconcile process/practices with the Banks
- Commit the company in matters that have significant financial impact; daily reconciliation communications with Banks will commit Deposita to financial resolutions
- Investigate and provide resolution to cash deposit differences between customer and armored transport providers
- Participate in statistical modeling projects
- Maintain internal relationships with Deposita team in support of project installations and performance troubleshooting
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mathematical, financial, or accounting experience
- Work history must include demonstration of the ability to communicating effectively with various employee levels, from entry level to senior management
- Strong customer service aptitude and ability to present to clients
- Able to master all processes within the reconciliation team requirements
- Ability to mentor peers with experience; active listening
- Must possess strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Planning and organizing

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Mathematics or have acquired analytical techniques through equivalent experience
- Ability to reconcile cash management accounts
