Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will work as part of a caring, reliable team that values agility, innovation, and integrity while assisting staff, visitors, and patients throughout the location.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, confirm credentials when required, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior.
- Support security-related operations by completing routine reports, maintaining awareness of site policies, and communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and/or first responders during routine and critical situations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
