Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents. This role offers the chance to support site operations through strong communication and customer service while working as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and activities according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, trailers, freight zones, and/or other operational spaces.
- Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, documenting incidents, and assisting with security-related concerns involving deliveries, vehicles, and/or pedestrian traffic.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
