What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, prioritize incidents, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Document incidents, service requests, visitor activity, and/or unusual conditions in dispatch logs and reports, sharing timely updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Coordinate responses to incidents, critical situations, and after-hours issues by relaying information to appropriate personnel, first responders, and/or building contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed to support dispatch operations, noting maintenance concerns, access issues, and other security-related conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Must have 1+ years of security-related experience.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
