Security Manufacturing Patrol - Full Time

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, respond to incidents as needed, and deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter prohibited activity and observe unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, observations, and incidents during shifts.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents and site needs.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or identification as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and assisting first responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
