As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Rancho Cordova, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy distribution location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. In a fast-moving environment, you will bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or delivery activity, and support established check-in procedures for personnel and vehicles.
- Observe operational areas for policy violations, damaged doors or gates, and/or other security-related issues, and communicate findings according to post orders and client expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
