Project Coordinator - Tech Headquarters

ACS Project Coordinator


The ACS Project Coordinator assists Project Supervisor in the execution, reporting and management on all department projects, maintaining their system health. When needed, the Project Coordinator assists with day to day operations in the absence of a VEP Tech or Badge Tech II. All projects are tracked and updated via the WorkFront Project Tracker under the ACSBO Projects Team. Here the ACS Project Supervisor along with the ACS Project Coordinator puts updates on any projects currently being managed by the ACSBO.

Along with assisting the Project Supervisor in managing all ACSBO related projects, the ACS Project Coordinator works on smaller continual projects and duties that needs to be done.

There is a SIM ticket submitted to assist the EHS team by implementing a new pre-approval process for their team.

The Access Level Owner (ALO) Audit Project is almost completed. Larry Stott has been an immense help with getting most of the confirmations for ownership. There are only a few access levels left that need confirmation that we are waiting on.

An ongoing project that is being done by Convergent is replacing SEA-BEL badge readers. They are already in the process of working on this, but they may reach out with badge access related questions.

An ongoing audit of the ticketing queue for tickets over 30 days with no action by extending the Estimated Completion Date on tickets still being actioned or required, creating new tickets once a quarter for needed ongoing requests, or resolving tickets with no customer action, desired dates have passed, or are over 45 days old. This is done to ensure requests are completed and for the health of the ticket queue. The ANT groups needs to transition over to Teams. Before this group can move to Teams, RightCrowd-AMER-RicohReception needs to transition to Teams.
