Security Professional - CRE Property Patrol

As a Security Professional - CRE Property Patrol in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating with tenants, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or performing emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while on site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, hazards or emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, tenants and/or employees by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
