Allied Universal® partners with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program to support transitioning service members with up to 180 days of on-the-job training during their final months of active duty, while they continue to receive full DoD pay and benefits.

Allied Universal offers a dedicated Veteran Operational Leadership Program as our SkillBridge opportunity. This fellowship helps transitioning Service Members move into civilian operational leadership roles in the security industry through hands-on experience in branch operations, client relations, and team leadership.
On-the-Job Training & Security Industry Focus
This unique 8-week to 3-month program provides extensive on-the-job training (OJT) from Allied Universal leaders and subject matter experts. Participants gain hands-on experience in critical civilian business functions that drive successful security operations:
- Talent Management: Talent selection and team engagement for our security personnel.
- Operational & Administrative Excellence: Managing scheduling, payroll, and compliance for security services.
- Client Relations & Service Delivery: Building relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality security service delivery.
- Branch Leadership: Understanding overall branch office operations in the security sector.
