Kelly Hunter joined Allied Universal in 2010 as a Corporate Sourcer at Allied Universal’s corporate headquarters (East) in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. She was promoted to Corporate Recruiter and later Talent Acquisition Director and currently serves as Vice President, Talent Acquisition.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

At Allied Universal, we are dedicated to developing and retaining employees by supporting their career every step of the way. From the moment you join the Allied Universal team, detailed resources are available at your fingertips to help prepare you for your future.

Allied Universal provides our employees with an effective and efficient 5-phase training program that enables you to have the information and certifications necessary to thrive in your position. This program includes new employee orientation, on-the-job training, core training, quarterly site training, and vertical market training. Our additional training programs are unique to each position and location in order to help employees understand the purpose, responsibilities, and expectations of their role.

For our Security Professionals, the Allied Universal CORE Training Program furthers the development process by specifically highlighting how to respond to high-intensity situations, provide exceptional customer care, first aid, CPR, and AED certification, personal safety, and more. This training program is exclusive to the applicable requirements specific to client sites and needs. Therefore, not all employees will need to go through this training process. It is our responsibility to provide you with the proper training for your unique position to give you the ability to respond to any given situation in a calm, professional, informed manner.
