At Allied Universal, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Today, we’re excited to spotlight a team member whose drive, leadership, and commitment to impact have made a lasting impression. Meet Adriana Lopez, an Account Manager, whose passion for security have helped shape some of the most meaningful projects in our region.

Adriana Lopez began her career with Allied Universal as a Security Officer and advanced to Account Manager. Her journey shows how Allied Universal jobs provide real opportunities for career growth and leadership.
Why Adriana Chose Allied Universal
Adriana came from a background in customer service and hospitality, where she developed strong communication skills and a passion for helping people. When she was ready to take her career in a new direction, security appealed to her because it combined her strengths with her desire to protect people and property.
“I wanted a role where I could use my skills to make a real difference in keeping people safe,” she explains. “I chose Allied Universal because of its reputation as a leader in the security industry and the clear opportunities it offers for career advancement.”
Adriana's Career Journey
Her first role as a Security Officer gave Adriana valuable hands-on experience. She conducted patrols, monitored CCTV, and responded to incidents, all while learning how to balance client service with safety priorities. Those early years built the foundation for her future leadership roles.
Growing Into Leadership
After proving herself on the frontline, Adriana advanced to Operations Manager in 2022. In that role, she was responsible for staffing, scheduling, compliance, and officer development across multiple accounts. It was a big step into leadership, and she embraced the challenge.
In June 2025, Adriana was promoted again—this time to Account Manager. Today, she is the primary point of contact for her client and leads her team with confidence.
What She Does Today
As an Account Manager, Adriana oversees every aspect of security operations at her site. Her day often begins with reviewing reports and staffing levels to ensure smooth coverage. She connects with officers, provides coaching, manages scheduling and training, and works closely with clients to anticipate security needs.
“No two days are ever the same, and I love being able to balance leadership, client engagement, and problem-solving,” she explains. “It’s rewarding to know that my work supports both our clients and the officers on my team.”
Why She Enjoys Working Here
She describes Allied Universal’s culture as supportive. “Leadership gives me the guidance I need but also the autonomy to manage my team and make decisions,” she says. “That trust allows me to implement new ideas and improve how we operate.”
Her Impact On Others
Her proudest moments come from seeing others succeed. She recalls mentoring an officer who balanced work and family responsibilities while hoping to advance into management. With her support, that officer moved from frontline security into field leadership and now serves as an Operations Manager.
Her Advice For Growth At Allied Universal
Adriana encourages those considering a security officer career to take advantage of training opportunities and mentorship. “Be proactive, reliable, and adaptable—security is a field where your reputation matters. If you stay focused and flexible, you’ll find amazing opportunities to grow.”
