Analyst - Inventory Operations

The function of the Inventory Operations Analyst is to manage all daily cash inventory operations for retail customers to include the ordering process with banks. This role will include investigating and providing resolution to cash inventory differences between customers, banks, and armored transport providers.

Proficiency with EXCEL is a MUST!

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Forecast cash usage of retail clients; troubleshoot issues and respond to customer inquiries
  • Investigate and provide resolution to cash inventory differences between customers, banks, and armored transport providers
  • Provide in-depth reconciliation analysis with banks/transport providers/customers

Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

  • Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of professional or educational experience in business, finance, or accounting
  • Prior work experience reconciling (general ledger) accounts, analyzing out-of-balance conditions/data, and explaining variances
  • Professional or education experience in creating and delivering dynamic presentations
