Director of Enterprise Account Sales - Janitorial Services

Allied Universal Janitorial Services, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Director, Enterprise Account Sales. The Director, Enterprise Accounts Sales will partner with large enterprise prospective accounts to position Allied Universal Janitorial Services as the most trusted service provider.


  • Establish, develop, and foster quality enterprise business relationships, with key decision makers and influencers, throughout a nationwide territory across multiple verticals which includes Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education, Medical Office Buildings and Retail Centers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth within Enterprise Accounts by establishing a diverse and robust sales pipeline
  • Perpetuate and amplify Allied Universal Janitorial Services' brand as the leading facility services company
  • Strategically coordinate nationwide travel to optimize client meetings, industry events and conferences
  • Drive collaboration and provide capture management on strategic deals, including development of capture strategies, cross-functional team coordination, customer presentations, price setting and RFP responses
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry, structure, trends, and issues to ensure full discovery and understanding of customer’s primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements
  • Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional opportunities


  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of facility services sales experience
    • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of ten (10) years of facility services sales experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of fourteen (14) years of facility services sales experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of strategic account sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing key sales activities such as negotiations, account and project capture management, prospecting, strategic selling, proposal development, estimating, presentations and public speaking
  • Proven track record of excellence in sales activity (awards, top rankings, etc.) using consultative sales techniques
  • Avid networker with a desire to join associations to position Allied Universal Janitorial Services as an industry leader
  • Strategic thinking skills, problem-solving aptitude and able to align multiple strategies and ideas
  • Strong financial, oral, and written interpersonal communication skills to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, brand leaders, and other senior management throughout the company, be attentive to executives’ needs


  • Sales experience in the Janitorial Services Industry
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field of study


  • Base salary range $90,000 to $110,000 (depending on experience and location) plus sales commission
  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Enrollment in our company’s 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirements
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
