As a Security Guard Full Time Reception Service Coordinator in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic media and technology location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for visitors and employees. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional front desk customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional, welcoming manner at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
- Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site-specific visitor procedures, issuing appropriate credentials, and notifying hosts of arrivals.
- Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems from a stationary front desk post; report unusual activity or concerns according to site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and incident records while supporting site-specific procedures that help to deter unauthorized access.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
