As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Entry Management in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while monitoring access, responding to alarms and security-related concerns, and supporting visitors and employees with exceptional customer service. Your professionalism and clear communication will help create a secure environment. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk within a financial institution, following site-specific policies, procedures, and security-related protocols.
- Greet visitors, employees, and vendors; verify identification, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site requirements.
- Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Assist with directing guests, answering routine inquiries, and maintaining a professional, welcoming front-desk presence while helping to deter unauthorized access.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
