Security Officer Experienced Alarm Panel Operations Job in Fort Worth, Texas

As a Security Officer Experienced Alarm Panel Operations in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with guests and team members, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a high-traffic entertainment and retail location.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior guest areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
- Assist with access control, visitor guidance, and traffic flow during busy periods, special events, and venue operations.
- Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least two years of security-related experience.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
