Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help support timely communication with property management and/or emergency personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or property-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe site activity, and document incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
- Assist with directing visitors, answering questions, and reporting suspicious activity or unauthorized access to help support orderly operations at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
