Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and help to discourage security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support daily operations with strong communication and customer service while bringing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every interaction.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced restaurant location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the restaurant property, including dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe guest and visitor activity, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Support closing and opening routines as directed, including observing exterior areas, checking doors and gates, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or cleanliness issues that could affect the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor and/or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
