Security Officer Spanish Language Patrol Job in Miami, Florida

As a Security Officer Spanish Language Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a public cultural location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, assist visitors, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication in Spanish and English while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a public museum location.
- Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout galleries, public areas, offices, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures during normal operations and special events.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
