As a Security Officer Emergency Care Patrol Driver in Peoria, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to support a caring, reliable team that puts people first, acts with integrity, and brings an agile, innovative approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry processes, and reporting access-control concerns.
- Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a current EMT certification.
- Have previous firefighting experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Have customer service experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
