As a Security Guard assigned to a secured financial facility, you will serve and safeguard clients, employees, visitors, and company assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Security personnel will be responsible for providing professional customer service, enforcing site-specific security policies, monitoring assigned areas, and responding to incidents as needed.

This position requires successful completion of the Public Trust Background Check, in addition to all applicable Allied Universal pre-employment screening and hiring requirements.

Pay Rate: $24.75 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, surrounding property, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and help ensure only authorized individuals enter designated areas.
Observe and report suspicious activity, security concerns, and policy violations.
Maintain accurate and timely incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
Follow all JPMorgan Chase site-specific security protocols, procedures, and post orders.
Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and confidentiality while on duty.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed security positions; 21 years of age or older for armed positions.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have five years of verifiable work experience.
Must successfully pass the Public Trust Background Check as a condition of employment and/or assignment to the account.
Must successfully complete Allied Universal's required pre-employment background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screening to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Must meet all applicable state and local security licensing requirements. Licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments. Unused vacation is paid out only where required by law.
