As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, property-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of resort buildings, guest areas, parking locations, recreational amenities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property to help support a welcoming environment for guests and team members.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
