From a background in enterprise technology sales to a thriving role in business development, Connor Wegner brings a blend of curiosity, resilience, and purpose to every project. “A career in business development offers the perfect platform to combine my passion for problem-solving with a commitment to creating real-world impact,” he shared. In his dynamic role, no two days look the same. Strategic thinking, relationship-building, and analytical tasks all play a part in how he helps drive the business forward.

With responsibilities ranging from market research and lead generation to deal negotiation and partnership development, Connor is instrumental in identifying opportunities that align with Allied Universal’s mission.

One of his most memorable projects? “Planning and implementing a security program for a historic site at a Museum in Downtown NYC. It required a careful, respectful approach—balancing modern security needs with the site’s deep-rooted significance.” Connor’s skillset also played a key role in the quick and successful transition of 13 locations across NYC, ensuring minimal disruptions and swift operational stability.

Culture, Leadership & Teamwork

When asked what he enjoys most about Allied Universal, Connor said: “Having played basketball and soccer, I really enjoy the fast-paced environment and the strong sense of teamwork.” One standout moment was the annual sales celebration dinner in Little Italy, where the team came together to celebrate achievements and build camaraderie. “Leadership has created a positive environment with consistent feedback, something that contributes to both personal and organizational success.” If he had to describe the culture in one word?
