The Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success in Illinois. You'll build and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Allied CNI brand.

*****Earnings range is $85,000 - $100,000 including monthly commission potential*****

What You'll Bring:

  • Education & Experience:
    • College degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, or Marketing preferred.
    • OR High School diploma/equivalent + 5+ years of outside sales or Workers' Comp/Auto/Liability/Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in EITHER outside B2B sales OR as a P&C/Workers' Comp Adjuster, Agent/Broker, Claims Professional/Manager/Consultant.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
    • LinkedIn & professional networking savvy.
    • Self-starter with a detail-oriented approach.
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 365).
    • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work independently.
    • Comfortable working remotely and traveling within the assigned territory.
  • Essential: Valid Driver's License

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. On target earnings for this position are expected to be $85,000 to $100,000 per year. Exact compensation offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

  • Seven paid holidays annually
  • Vacation time offered at an initial accrual rate of 14 days/year. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
