As a Security Professional -Commercial Property in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and responding to incidents as needed. You will also deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. This role is ideal for individuals who are agile, reliable, and committed to creating a positive environment for everyone at the property.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining awareness of people entering or leaving the premises.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents in accordance with site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security experience is required.
• A valid County Unarmed Security Professional License for Denver, Colorado is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid guard card or security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
