Security Professional - Hotel Patrol

As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a hotel and resort setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the hotel and resort location.
• Assist with access control and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to address guest concerns and maintain a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a Fire Safety Professional (FSP) certification is required.
• A County Unarmed Security Professional License for Denver, Colorado is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or Security License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
