As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment at a dynamic retail and entertainment location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to guests and staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond to incidents as they arise, and use technology such as computers or tablets to document your activities. Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, guests, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or concerns.
• Support emergency response efforts and follow established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
