As a Security Officer - Front Desk - Morning Shift in Englewood, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Front Desk Security Professional in the aerospace and defense location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your role involves monitoring access, managing badge control, and assisting with security-related inquiries to help to deter incidents. Pay Rate: $24.18 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including communication with appropriate personnel.
• Support the overall security-related operations of the location by serving as a point of contact for inquiries and assistance at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with customer service is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
