Deposita, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Financial Operations Support Analyst - Pricing. The Financial Operations Support Analyst will provide business analytical support to the Business Development and Operations teams in successful pursuit of competitive Requests for Proposal (RFP) for new and rebid business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain financial models for pricing all new contracts and all modifications to existing contracts to leadership, allowing them to make business decisions about pricing for clients and prospects
  • Complete profitability audits of large contracts as they relate to contract compliance when requested;
  • Provide financial analysis for all new and incremental business
  • Provide financial support to business development and operations teams regarding the company’s rate negotiation process
  • Collect, analyze and report accurate and timely data to provide recommendations on pricing
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and work on special projects as they arise
  • Develop process(es), procedures, methods, and tools as appropriate to perform assigned specialized critical tasks in the most efficient manner

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, sales, or related field of study with a minimum of one (1) year of Financial and/or Operational Analyst experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of Financial and/or Operational Analyst experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience developing/analyzing financial metrics, reviewing financial statements, or financial models
  • Ability to manage a high volume of diverse activities while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced working knowledge of SmartSheet
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Able to use good independent judgment and discretion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Working knowledge of finance-related processes in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment, WinTeam
  • Previous experience in contract pricing
  • Previous experience in a “Procure to Pay” financial process environment
  • Experience working with internal and external clients
