Allied Universal® Event Services Unified Command Division is seeking a Warehouse Technician in Las Vegas to join our high-energy operations team. This critical role ensures the seamless flow of equipment and materials needed to deliver exceptional client events across the country. From managing inventory to preparing high-tech gear for deployment, the Warehouse Technician plays a hands-on role in keeping our events running smoothly and professionally. This position offers an exciting blend of logistics, technical troubleshooting, and behind-the-scenes action that powers unforgettable live experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory of all company equipment and materials
  • Proactively order and restock essential supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure it’s event-ready at all times
  • Prepare, package, and stage all gear and supplies needed for each client event
  • Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
  • Liaise with Penske Trucking to manage logistics, pickups, and returns
  • Operate a forklift to move, organize, and palletize equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assemble custom shipping containers to protect and transport sensitive gear
  • Download, prepare, and archive client recordings in line with internal standards
  • Program, update, and test equipment to ensure optimal performance for each show
  • Jump in to support additional warehouse or event-related tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or event support environments preferred
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) required
  • Ability to lift and transport heavy gear and materials
  • Familiarity with equipment troubleshooting and repair is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in live events, logistics coordination, or technical equipment setup
  • Strong knowledge of shipping logistics and packaging standards
