Job Description Summary:

The Welcome Desk /Building Concierge/Badging Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting associates, contingent workers, and guests with navigating the workplace environment, to ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines and badging protocols and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and becoming an integral part of shaping the Associate and guest experience.

Job Description:

  • Greets and directs all associates and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy
  • Provides very positive and professional first impression to associates and guests
  • Partners with EABS Works Team
  • Access and in-depth knowledge of the Lenel badging system and all badging processes:

o Associate (new hire)

o Associate (temp)

o Visitor

o Vendor

  • Is Knowledgeable on the health screening kiosks operation and can escalate issues appropriately
  • Ensures that all complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from associates or guests, are addressed and conducts a follow-up, if needed
  • Cultivates relationships with associates, to better understand their requirements and improve EABS’ ability to address them

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high touch support to associates in the workplace, specifically in lobbies and other high traffic areas. This includes, providing associates with tools, support and information about the building
  • Support return to office efforts, including safety guidelines, best practices, and standards for associates and cross-functional service teams.
  • Regularly assess space readiness; ensuring lobby areas are welcoming, safe and ready for occupancy
  • Ensure complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from associates and guests, are adequately addressed
  • Manage ACR requests
  • Create and assign badge access levels
  • Create and disseminate badge audits, reports, and metrics
  • Perform service troubleshooting and basic vendor coordination for service calls
  • Handle invoicing, alarm permits, false alarm audits
  • Manage response plans
  • Manage intrusion alarm system code requests

Requirements:

  • Education – Minimum high school degree
  • Work Requirements - Operate in a professional office environment. Knowledge of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and competent in standard office, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Service-Now, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), experience with access control systems including Lenel a plus, ability to learn and understand new technologies
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
