As a Security Professional - Utility Site Patrol in Maysville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner while upholding site-specific requirements.
• Document observations and incidents in accordance with company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
