As a Security Professional - Front Desk - Unarmed Patrol in Lake City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a logistics and distribution environment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming atmosphere. You will monitor access, verify credentials, and respond to inquiries, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management processes.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel to support the smooth operation of logistics and distribution activities.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following site-specific guidelines.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and observation at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for this role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
