Allied Universal® Event Services is seeking an Administrative Oversight Manager – Contract Compliance to support the operational backbone of our event staffing and guest services organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring contract compliance, licensing, and regulatory standards are upheld across all event services operations. The role also oversees ERP systems support (ABI) administration, employee training compliance, and operational support functions. This individual will work closely with our Legal, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure service excellence and contractual alignment across the organization. The position is considered remote.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract compliance and ensure alignment with legal and operational standards
• Manage the submission and review of contractual documents, including redlines, legal escalations, and execution processes
• Coordinate licensing verification and maintenance for new and existing accounts across local and state jurisdictions
• Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance, legal approvals, and contract documentation in shared systems (e.g., OneDrive, Smartsheet)
• Support internal audits and ensure branches adhere to quarterly operational compliance submissions
• Oversee the ABI ERP system for job building, training compliance, scheduling, and operational tracking
• Assist in maintaining accurate business license and tax permit records with local authorities and internal departments
• Monitor individual and subcontractor licensing compliance across regions and help remediate deficiencies
• Coordinate and track training documentation for employee readiness and compliance with service delivery standards
• Assist in start-up operations, system implementation, and compliance planning for new accounts and special events
• Support inventory tracking of uniforms and equipment and ensure operational readiness
• Collaborate with Senior Regional Directors to forecast staffing needs and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders
• Improve and maintain reporting tools to enhance data visibility, operational planning, and decision making

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Event Planning, or related field)
OR equivalent work experience:
Associate degree + 3 years’ experience, or
High school diploma + 4 years’ experience in a leadership or compliance-focused role within the service industry (e.g., hospitality, staffing, logistics, event services)
• Experience with ABI system (or similar ERP) strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of contract compliance and risk management practices a plus

Preferred Attributes:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in contract or legal operations
• Background in compliance for multi-site or service-oriented environments
