As a Armed Security Guard - Corporate Building in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an Armed patrol officer in a Corporate institution setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a secure environment by responding promptly to situations and supporting a culture of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location, following established protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and guiding visitors as required.
• Collaborate with site staff and law enforcement when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security-related concerns encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Texas Armed Security Professional License required for armed roles.
• Armed sidearm proficiency required for armed positions.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
