As a Armed Security Professional - Bank Protectionin San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry a sidearm and possess the appropriate armed guard license. You will communicate clearly and professionally, assist with access control, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and employees at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and following site-specific protocols.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Communicate with staff and management regarding any unusual activity or concerns observed at the front desk area.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following location-specific guidelines and instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor activity, and other relevant information as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Valid Texas Armed Security Officer License required.
• Must have an Armed Sidearm designation as required by Texas regulations.
• Must possess an Armed Guard Card or License as required by Texas state law.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
