As a Security Professional - Bank Patrol in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This role requires professionalism and a commitment to creating a secure environment for all individuals on site.

Pay Rate: $18.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location, following established protocols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with team members and site management regarding incidents or concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
