Allied Universal® is hiring a Hiring Support Specialist. The Hiring Support Specialist is responsible for supporting a specific Enterprise Account with various hiring duties. The Hiring Support Specialist will support the completion of pre-assignment requirements, collection of required employment documents and certification validations, and, when needed, provide assistance with screening and Interviewing activities to support the operation.

$21.00 Hourly

Must have strong time management and organizational skills

Recruiting experience preferred, but not required

Security experience a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact with candidates for employment, via phone, and email to ensure proper screening process is completed and documented
  • Communicate directly with operations team members to complete candidate readiness for site employment
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful outcomes
  • Utilize online tools to document activities, provide tracking for hiring process requirements, and provide timely responses
  • When required, screen and interview candidates for employment
  • Participate in staffing and general meetings, prepared to discuss candidates in process, obstacles faced
  • Support on site or virtual hiring events as needed
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or customer service related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Excellent time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Human Resources experience
