Security Professional - Residential Patrol

As a Security Professional - Residential Patrol in White Plains, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a residential setting, you will be stationed at the main entrance, greeting residents and visitors while monitoring access to the building. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with all guests, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns. Our team values reliability, teamwork, and integrity, and you will play a key role in upholding these standards at the location.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the residential location, verifying identification and logging visitors as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Follow site-specific procedures and policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Communicate with residents, staff, and emergency personnel as needed to address concerns or incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• New York Security Professional Guard Card required.
• At least 1 year of security experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
