As a Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrol in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, responding to alarms, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You will utilize technology such as computers or tablets to document activities and communicate with your team, contributing to a secure and welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual activity, to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
