Position Summary:

We are hiring a professional Lobby Guard to provide security services at a downtown Chicago commercial building. This role is ideal for individuals with 3+ years of security experience and a strong customer service background, especially in professional and front-facing settings.

Compensation: USD $19.00 / Hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule Details:

  • Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 AM

  • Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor lobby activity and control building access

  • Greet and assist tenants, guests, and vendors professionally

  • Maintain a visible security presence at the front desk

  • Handle incidents and complete reports promptly and accurately

  • Maintain high standards of appearance and conduct

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of security experience

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Must present a professional demeanor and appearance

  • Ability to remain alert, courteous, and responsive during overnight hours

  • Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
