Security Officer - Retail Afternoon and Evenings

Job Summary

We are hiring a Security Officer to join our team in a retail mall area located in Downtown. This full-time position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the security field. The role offers steady afternoon and evening shifts, with a strong focus on customer service and safety presence throughout the site.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $19.00
Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule Details

• Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM

• Workdays Available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

• Shifts Available: Afternoon, Evening

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of experience preferred

• Must be least 18 years of age

• No pre-employment contractual requirements

• Must be customer-service oriented

• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
